SRRV Park Maintenance Position
Job Description: Performs manual labor to maintain, clean and repair landscaping, hiking trail and
roadways.
Pay: $15 - 20 an hour DOE
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Ability to work around pollen, bees, thorns, and other outdoor conditions
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with fertilization, pruning, or landscape construction
- edging
- irrigation repairs

SRRV Janitorial Position
Job Description: To maintain and clean buildings including fish/boat dock and RV site Prep.
Pay: $15 - 20 an hour DOE
Responsibilities:
- Clean and service bathrooms, and public areas to brand standards
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
- sweeping, mopping
- disinfecting restrooms, showers
- restocking supplies
- cleaning boat/fishing dock
- RV site prep., cobweb removal
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
